Shipping Policy
We understand your desire to get the resources you order as quickly as possible and it is our wish to make this happen for you. Although it is our goal to ship same day please allow up to 72 hours for your products to ship. Typically we will inform you via email when your order is shipped. We use the US Postal service for the majority of our shipments.Return Policy
We endeavor to offer the highest quality in our media resources, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, so we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them.
Our Policy
Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service (preferably by Media Mail, if qualified). We will gladly ship a replacement upon receipt of the original item. Downloads, electronic files and subscriptions are not refundable.
