Jesus has designed His Church to grow and bear much fruit! That is what the Institute for Natural Church Development has discovered from years of research on a global scale, across all theological persuasions of the Christian Church. Having identified Eight Key Quality Characteristics common to all churches, both a survey and an associated development process have been designed to walk the pastor and church leadership team through a twelve month process for enhancing their church's health. NCD is NOT a "church growth program," but a church health paradigm, not focusing on short term actions, but rather long-term processes. By using the NCD Survey, local church leadership can identify the health areas needing to be addressed, and with tools provided, engage in a process for enhancing the spiritual health and quality of their church. It has been proven that a majority of the churches which engage in the NCD process for 24 months (2 survey cycles) see numerical growth. Healthy things grow, and bear fruit.
The NCD Church Survey
We provide a pastor's survey and 30 surveys which are to be used by active, committed members of the church who are engaged in the life and ministry of the church. Instructions are included in how to select the survey group and administer the survey. Upon completion, the survey set is returned to Praxis for processing. A report is generated for the church which identifies your minimum and maximum factors in regards to the Eight Quality Characteristics. We send that report to you, along with a copy of The Implementation Guide to Natural Church Development and other resources which will help you take the first steps in a strategic process to improve the health of your church.

The NCD Insights Report
NCD Insights is a new tool that will provide further analysis of each of the scores from your NCD Survey. Breaking down each of the eight characteristics into four subcategories, the Insights Report will help you identify existing and potential barriers to health and growth and help you to identify trends in your church. The NCD Insights Report is an excellent way to maximize the effect of using the NCD survey.
The cost for the NCD Survey with the Insights Report included is $245.00. You can order them both online now or contact us for more information or to pay by check. It is also possible to purchase the Insights report at a later time (as long as you already have the NCD Survey) - just contact us.
